Freight & Packaging

Our prices do not include Freight & Packing costs, these will be an additional charge. We do this because of the vast range of products, their size and weight and beacuse you, our customers are located across Australia and overseas. 

Once you have selected your items an order list is sent to us, we will review the list, contact you for any clarifications needed and then advise you of the freight & packaging cost along with an estimated despatch date. We will they ask for your formal confirmation of your order. 

We use a number of different freight carriers around Australia and we always endevour to find the one who provides the best value service for you. At times there maybe delays in the delivery process despite the best efforts of our carriers. Be assured we will always edeavour to get the goods to you as promptly as we can. 

Product Availability

We dont hold stock of all our products as many are made to order special items. In some instances we offer to you options on colour and size therefore we can not always despatch the items the next day. Please let us know if you have a specific timeframe you want to achieve and we will advise of an expected despatch date before you formally confrm your order.

Returns

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and our service to you. If you find any fault with the product please contact us within seven days of delivery to arrange for repair or replacement.

If you find the item isn't quite what you thought please contact us to discuss, but be aware, if the item has been made to order we may not be able to accept it as a return.

The cost of the freight for the return of all items to our factory in Melbourne, whether its a repair, replacement or return will be a cost to you the Customer.
